MOBILE LABORATORY
The new service provided by YUCEBAS MACHINERY, as the Mobile Laboratory System is capable of determining the raw material quality,
at the location where it is produced by performing the necessary tests and allow to purchasing possibility. By taking this possibility, it is possible
to buy the wheat of the various regions, and could bring pre-solutions for the transportation.

The Systems installed on the Vehicle:

The Mobile Laboratory could be installed on various model amnd type Vehicles. The model shown on this catalogue is a 2003 model 1.9 Turbo Diesel Fiat Doblo.
A 5.5 KW Generator system is installed on the vehicle, which has no visual effect on the vehicle. As soon as the sliding type left door opened the apparatus installed
on a rail system shall be slided and the jack installed at the bottom shall reinforce the apparatus. The chassis and the exhaust of the Generator shall be left out side of the
vehicle due to this reason. The starting-up and the operation of the Generator are easy due to its built-in battery and the starter. In case of availability, by means of the
cable, the generator could be stopped and outside energy could be used.

The various experimental apparatus and the experimental material are installed on the specially prepared locations and due to its security, nothing shall be happened
during the journey. One 55lt tank of waste and one 55lt of potable water tanks are installed under the chassis. The special measure taken within the tanks shall allow
easy transportation without any un-balanced activity. In case of necessity, the wastewater could be drained by means of using the drainpipe. The potable water is
cotrolled through the pump and as soon as the pedal is pressed, the water shall be flowing. 5 drawers and 2 material briefcases are installed on the laboratory.
An Air Conditioning Unit could also be installed as optional.
