WET WHEAT GRINDING MACHINE

The grinding capability of the wheat could be determined directly with the special Laboratory flour MILLS. The flour (B1-B2-B3, C1-C2-C3) rough and fine bran could be received from 6 channels by using the 3 breaking rollers, 9xx-10xx-11xx mesh screens. The most important data to be evaluated here is the flour amount. The flour efficiency of a wheat varies as "for winter-summer", "hard-soft". It is good if the flour efficiency is bigger then the 60%, medium if 50-60%, and poor if less than 50%. The ease of screening without sticking to the screen, the ash content of the flour and the colour of the flour are the criteria for the evaluation of the grinding ability.

WET WHEAT GRINDING The YUCEBAS MACHINERY MACHINE is composed of two sections. The first section is the right side (breking side) of the machine and composed of two collecting trunks. The second side, i.e. the left side has single collecting trunks. The YUCEBAS MACHINERY WET WHEAT GRINDING MACHINE is designed from the ease of operation and follow-up, occupation of mýnýmum space at the laboratories. The cleaning, maintenance and the assembly and ds-assembly of the rollers, and the control could easily be handled. The rollers are hardened up to 50-55 HRC. The plain and the gear rollers are manufactured by using special tools to the 0% error from the special steel material. The plain rollers located at the second breaking section could be easily dis-mantled by a special mechanism after the completion of the semolina production. The assembly, and operation of the flour, semolina and the bran trunks are considerably easy. The leakage of the flour outside, during the grinding is not possible. One of the other properties of the machine is the usage of the inert material during the production.
